Is pricing in rand?
Yes. South African plans are priced and charged in rand, with tax shown as part of the total in the pricing section on this page. Pay-as-you-go has no monthly fee and charges per delivered order; monthly plans start at Starter and include a set number of orders.
Can it handle estate and office park access?
It gives the rider what is needed to get through: the address as written, any gate or unit instruction the customer included, and the customer phone number, all on the delivery. It cannot open a boom. What it does do is show you a delivery that has stopped moving, so a rider stuck at a gate is something you see rather than something you hear about afterwards.
Does it connect to Shopify or WooCommerce?
Yes, on the plans that include store connections. Store orders land in the same queue as chat orders, get the same tracking link, and appear in the same reports. The number of connected stores allowed per plan is on the pricing cards below.
Do you supply the drivers?
No. You deliver with your own drivers or a courier you contract, and Trackboria is what you dispatch, track and reconcile them on. We do not run a fleet in South Africa and will not tell you we do.
