Kenyan buyers pay before the rider leaves more often than buyers anywhere else on this list. Mobile money made prepayment normal, which changes the merchant problem: the risk moves off the cash and onto the promise. A customer who has already paid expects the parcel, and expects to know where it is. How Kenyan addresses actually arrive
Nairobi addresses are given by road and building, then narrowed by a phone call: "12 Argwings Kodhek Rd, Kilimani, the block after the pharmacy". Estates and gated compounds add a gate name and often a security desk that will not let a rider through without the resident being called. Trackboria keeps the free-text address and the phone number together on the delivery, so the rider has both before leaving, and stores them on the customer record so the next order to the same gate is one tap.

Can customers pay before delivery?
Yes. An order can carry a payment link the customer opens from the chat, covering mobile money, card and bank transfer depending on what is available in Kenya. The money settles into your own payout account, not into a Trackboria wallet. Orders you take as cash on delivery run alongside prepaid ones with no separate process.
Does it work in Mombasa and Kisumu, or only Nairobi?
Anywhere in Kenya you deliver. Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu and Eldoret are named on this page because they are the usual dispatch points, but nothing in the product is limited to a city list. Riders are tracked wherever they have a phone signal.
What does it cost in Kenyan shillings?
Kenyan pricing is set and charged in shillings, and the full plan list with tax included is in the pricing section on this page. Pay-as-you-go has no monthly fee and charges per delivered order. If you would rather have a fixed bill with orders included, the Starter plan is the first monthly tier.
Can I connect my online store?
