Yes, and that is the point. Trackboria is the operating layer that sits on top of the riders you already use, whether they are in-house or third-party. There is nothing to rebuild: keep your current riders, tools, and partners, and run dispatch, tracking, and cash reconciliation from one screen.

Yes. Trackboria is a web dashboard you manage from anywhere, and it is built for owners who live outside the market they sell into. What has to be in your delivery country is the operation itself: your riders, your customers, and a local way to get paid, meaning a local payout account for online payments and someone on the ground to receive cash on delivery. At sign up we verify a phone number in your delivery country, so use a local SIM, an eSIM, or your in-country team's line. That number carries your delivery alerts and your payout setup. You run everything else from one screen wherever you are: dispatch, live tracking, cash reconciliation and reports.

Nothing to subscribe to. You start on pay-as-you-go with no monthly fee and no card on file. You load delivery credit into your wallet, and each delivery draws a flat rate from it, so you only pay for deliveries you actually send. Top up anytime from your dashboard, no card stored. As your volume grows, you can move to a monthly plan with a lower effective per-order rate. Pricing shows in your local currency once you select your country.

Every cash collection is tied to the delivery it belongs to. Your rider logs the cash collected at handoff, it gets verified, and the cash status is attached to the order automatically, so your finance team always has a clean, real-time audit trail instead of chasing riders by phone.

For card and online payments, you connect your settlement bank account once and our payment partner splits each payment straight to your account. Cash-on-delivery is your money too. The cash goes directly from your rider to you; Trackboria never holds or moves it. We simply reconcile every cash handoff against the order it belongs to, so nothing goes missing and every figure is traceable.

Yes. Customer names, addresses, and phone numbers stay inside your workspace and are visible only to the team members you authorise. Access is role-based, sessions are secured, and proof-of-delivery media is kept behind private access controls. Our Terms and Privacy Policy set out the full detail.

Riders use the Trackboria mobile app to accept jobs, capture proof of delivery, and confirm cash collected. It runs on the phones they already carry, and your office team works from the web dashboard. No new hardware, no setup cost.

Nothing stops. Extra orders are billed at the per-order rate listed on your plan, and we alert you as you approach your limit so you can upgrade for a better rate if it makes sense. Your operations keep running either way.

The fastest way is our ticket system. Merchants: sign in and open Support in your dashboard to raise a request, attach screenshots, and track replies. Riders: open the Trackboria Rider app, go to Me, then Help & Support. Our Terms and Privacy Policy are published and enforceable, support is reachable directly at info@trackboria.com, and every merchant workspace, ledger entry, and cash-on-delivery reconciliation is logged and auditable rather than taken on trust alone.

Yes. Connect your store from the dashboard in minutes: paste one webhook URL and your store's signing secret, and every paid order becomes a Trackboria delivery automatically: signature-verified, deduplicated, and synced back to your store as it moves. Custom stores integrate through the e-commerce REST API with merchant API keys and signed webhooks.

Yes. An international order runs as a relay: a local rider brings it to the hub, a line-haul carrier moves it across the border, and a local rider delivers it. Custody transfers with one-time QR codes, milestone checkpoints like “Customs cleared” keep the tracking timeline alive even where live GPS drops, and customs paperwork travels with the shipment in a document vault with shareable checkpoint links.

No. Add your staff as riders and dispatch to them for free, on every plan. We only charge a service fee when you book a rider from the Trackboria network, and it is never more than their listed price plus 10%.

It covers finding and vetting the rider, the identity check, the booking, and the cash and proof records for every delivery they make for you. It is added on top of the rider price you see before you book, so there is nothing to work out afterwards.

No. A rider sets their own price per delivery and receives all of it. The 10% is paid by the business that books them, not deducted from what they earn.

No. Download the Trackboria Rider app, sign up with your phone number, verify your identity, then set your areas and your price. Businesses near you can book you directly.

Because a business is handing a stranger their goods and often their customer's cash. A rider does not appear in search and cannot be booked until the identity check is complete. There is no way around it, which is exactly what makes the network worth trusting.

No. A rider a business adds belongs to that business. Only riders who signed themselves up can list themselves and take work from other businesses. Anyone who wants to work independently can create their own rider account.

After a delivery, a business can rate the rider. Riders with a stronger record appear higher in search, and a rider with no ratings yet is shown as new rather than treated as poor. A low rating is never a ban: it is shown to the business, and they decide whether to book. Which business left a rating is never revealed to the rider.
