Merchants on Trackboria can hand a delivery to your company instead of one of their own riders. When they do, the job appears in your portal with everything your driver needs, and the record of what happened comes back to them automatically.

A portal showing only the jobs booked to your company, with the pickup address, the delivery address, the customer contact, and the cash to collect.
One place to accept a job, hand it back if you cannot take it, and record pickup, transit and delivery.
A clear record of cash collected at the door and confirmed by the merchant, so settlement is not an argument at the end of the month.

How it works

A merchant chooses your company for a delivery. It appears in your portal straight away.

You accept it, or hand it back with a reason if it is outside what you cover today.

Your driver collects, delivers, and records the outcome. On a cash order they enter what they actually took.

You declare the cash back to the merchant, and they confirm receiving it. The job then closes.

Carrying parcels across borders

Businesses on Trackboria send parcels to other African countries and out of Africa to the rest of the world. If you move parcels between countries, you can carry those shipments too.

Set your own prices and delivery times for the lanes you cover, within Africa or out of it. Businesses pricing a shipment on that lane see them once they are approved.
Cross-border shipments are paid for before they are dispatched, so a crossing never leaves your driver collecting cash at the door.
The commercial invoice, packing list and customs information sheet are generated for each shipment and shared with you by link, ready before the border.

What it costs you

Nothing. Trackboria does not charge courier companies to use the portal, and does not take a cut of what you charge. What you are paid for a delivery is agreed and settled between you and the merchant directly.
