Does it only work with WhatsApp?
No. Quick capture is paste-based, so it works with any text you can copy: WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, TikTok, Facebook, SMS, or notes from a phone call. If a customer wrote it, Trackboria can read it.
What if the message is missing details?
Quick capture fills in what it finds and leaves the rest for you to complete. It never guesses on money: if a payment type in the message cannot be matched, you are asked to confirm it before the order is saved.
Can my customer pay from the chat?
Yes, when you take the order as an online payment: it carries a payment link for mobile money, card, bank transfer or USSD depending on your market, settled directly into your own payout account. Cash-on-delivery orders are collected by the rider at the door instead.
