Cameroon is two commercial languages and two economic poles. Douala moves the goods and Yaounde signs for them, and a merchant selling in both is running one business against two rhythms. Common questions in Cameroon
Is the platform in French?
Yes. The whole merchant interface, the rider app and the customer tracking page are available in French and in English, chosen per user rather than per account, which matters in a market where one team works in both.
Are prices in CFA francs?
Yes. Cameroonian plans are priced and charged in CFA francs, with the full list in the pricing section on this page. Pay-as-you-go bills per delivered order with no monthly fee; Starter is the first monthly plan.
Can I run Douala and Yaounde from one account?
Yes, and Bafoussam and Garoua with them. There is no per city account. Riders, orders and customers are in one workspace, and reports can be filtered per city when the two poles need comparing.
Does it handle deliveries between cities?
A long leg is dispatched and tracked like a short one, and the customer gets the same tracking link. Where a shipment crosses a border rather than a region, that runs on the cross-border plans, which carry their own document handling and their own limits. Those limits are stated on the cross-border page, including that duty and tax figures are estimates set by the customs authority and not by us.
