Cameroon is two commercial languages and two economic poles. Douala moves the goods and Yaoundé signs for them, and a merchant selling in both is running one business against two rhythms. Trackboria works in English and French from the same account, so a Douala dispatcher and a Yaoundé one are not maintaining separate systems, and the customer sees the tracking page in the language they were sold in.
Orders are largely settled in CFA francs at the door. Each collection is recorded against the order it belongs to at handoff, so a merchant covering Douala, Yaoundé, Bafoussam and Garoua closes a day by comparing a list to a cash count rather than by trusting a recollection. Long intercity runs are visible on the same board as the short ones inside Douala.

How Cameroonian addresses actually arrive
A Douala address is a quarter and a landmark before it is a street: "12 Rue Joss, Bonanjo, behind the bank". Formal street names exist in the older central quarters and thin out quickly beyond them. Is the platform in French?
Yes. The whole merchant interface, the rider app and the customer tracking page are available in French and in English, chosen per user rather than per account, which matters in a market where one team works in both.
Are prices in CFA francs?
Yes. Cameroonian plans are priced and charged in CFA francs, with the full list in the pricing section on this page. Pay-as-you-go bills per delivered order with no monthly fee; Starter is the first monthly plan.
Can I run Douala and Yaoundé from one account?
Yes, and Bafoussam and Garoua with them. There is no per city account. Riders, orders and customers are in one workspace, and reports can be filtered per city when the two poles need comparing.
Does it handle deliveries between cities?
A long trip is dispatched and tracked like a short one, and the customer gets the same tracking link. A shipment that crosses a border rather than a region runs as cross-border delivery, which is on every plan and comes with the commercial invoice and packing list generated for you. Duty and tax figures on a crossing are estimates set by the customs authority and not by us.
