You keep shipping. Orders past the included number are charged at the per order rate shown on your plan, and your billing screen shows the count as it grows rather than at the end of the month.

Do cross-border shipments cost extra?

The plan covers the platform. The carriage across a border is quoted by the carrier taking it, and duties and taxes are set at the border, so both are separate from what you pay us.

Is there a contract or a minimum term?

Not on the self-serve plans. They are monthly and you can stop at the end of a month. Enterprise terms are agreed in writing because at that size they are specific to the business.

How much will a delivery itself cost?

That depends on the courier, the route and the parcel, and you see the figure before you book rather than after. We show you what each available carrier charges for that specific job and you choose.

Cross-border and export are on every plan, Pay-as-you-go included. Each cross-border shipment carries a Trackboria Cross-Border Service Fee, shown as its own line before you book. The fee is a percentage of the carrier's price with a floor and a ceiling, it is lower on each higher plan, and it is not charged at all on Business. On Enterprise it is agreed with you. It pays for the coordination: the relay plan, the custody handovers, the checkpoint milestones and the document vault. It is not a customs charge. Duty and import tax are separate, are always estimates, and are set by the customs authority in the destination country. Entitlement is not operational approval: a corridor opens once the carrier, customs and compliance work for it is done. Corridors run across Africa and out to the rest of the world. Cross-border shipments are prepaid.

Cross-border reach is the same on every plan. You do not need a higher plan to send to another country, and we would rather say so than sell you one. What a higher plan changes is the service fee per cross-border shipment, how many orders are included each month, and what each order beyond them costs.

Which plan you want

Seven plans, and the difference between them is volume and how many people and shops you need on the account. The delivery workflow is the same on all of them.

Pay as you go: No monthly fee. You pay per delivery, top up when you need to, and stop whenever you like. This is where most merchants start and plenty stay.
Starter: A monthly plan with orders included, for a shop sending steadily rather than in bursts. Cheaper than pay as you go once the volume is regular.
Pro: More included orders, and the point where connecting your own store and using the API stops being an extra conversation.
Scale: For a business running dispatch as a daily job: more seats, more connected shops, and the operational tooling that a team of several people needs.
Growth: For merchants working more than one country at a time, where the questions become about corridors and exceptions rather than about single parcels.
Business: The top self-serve plan. Highest included volume, the widest seat and store limits, and priority support.
Enterprise: Priced by conversation rather than by card, because at this size the terms are specific to you. Talk to us and we will tell you plainly whether we are the right fit.

What these prices do not cover

Worth reading before you sign up, because these are the four questions that come up after somebody has already started.

What a courier charges to carry the parcel is theirs, not ours. You see it before you book and you settle it with them. Trackboria never holds that money.
Duties and taxes at a border are set by the customs authority. Anything we show you is an estimate, and the final amount is theirs to decide.
Trackboria coordinates the shipment and holds the documents. The declaration is filed by the merchant, the appointed customs broker, or the carrier acting as declarant.
We are not an insurer. Where cover exists it is named, with its limit, at the point you choose it, and never implied by a plan.
