How Nigerian addresses actually arrive
A Nigerian delivery address is rarely a clean street line. It arrives as an estate name, a landmark, a phase, and a phone number the rider is expected to call from the gate: "14 Admiralty Way, Lekki Phase 1, opposite the filling station, call when you reach". Trackboria stores the address the customer wrote rather than forcing it into fields it does not fit, keeps the phone number on the delivery so the rider is never guessing, and saves it to the customer record so the second order needs no address at all.

Does Trackboria work outside Lagos?
Yes. The same account covers Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan, Port Harcourt and anywhere else in Nigeria you deliver. There is no per city setup and no separate account per branch: riders, orders and customers all sit in one workspace, and reports can be read per city when you need to compare them.
Can I verify cash on delivery in naira?
Yes. Collection is recorded in naira against the specific order at handoff, which is what makes the end of day count checkable. Trackboria is not a bank and does not hold or move your money: the cash stays with your rider and your business, and what you get is the record of what was collected and against what.
How much does delivery management software cost in Nigeria?
Nigerian pricing is set and charged in naira, with tax included in the totals shown in the pricing section of this page. Pay-as-you-go carries no monthly fee and charges per delivered order, so a merchant running twenty orders a month pays for twenty orders. Monthly plans start at the Starter tier when a predictable bill and included orders work out cheaper.
Do I need my own riders to use it?
You need someone doing the delivering, and that can be your own riders, a rider you hire casually, or a courier company you contract. Trackboria is the software they are dispatched and tracked on. We do not supply a fleet, and any page that told you otherwise would be selling you something we do not run.
