What happens when a rider loses signal?
The rider app works offline: status updates, cash entries and proof capture queue on the device and sync automatically when coverage returns.
Can my customers see the rider coming?
Yes. Every order has a live tracking page with the rider’s position and an ETA, shareable by link or WhatsApp.
Does it work with third-party couriers?
Yes. Orders can be handed to partner couriers with the handoff tracked, and cross-border relay delivery is available on higher plans.
