Delivery Control

Payment links & online payments

Get paid before the rider arrives

Not every order should travel as cash. Trackboria supports two payment types and keeps them clean: cash on delivery, where your rider collects at the door with OTP and photo proof, and online payment orders, where the customer pays through a payment link by mobile money, card, bank transfer or USSD, whatever their market uses.

On an online payment order, you share the link from the order in one tap and the money settles directly into your own payout account, not a platform wallet. Settlement is confirmed by signed provider webhooks and verified against the order amount, the status flips to paid on the order automatically, and your dashboard shows paid, awaiting and cash-on-delivery orders side by side.

Every payment method your market uses

Mobile money in Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania and Cameroon, cards everywhere, bank transfer and USSD where customers expect them. The link opens on the methods that actually get used, not a card-only form.

Settled to your own payout account

Payments route to your own bank or settlement account with the provider. Trackboria takes no cut of the transaction, and there is no platform wallet holding your revenue.

Verified settlement, not hopeful settlement

Every payment is confirmed by a signed provider webhook and cross-checked against the order amount before it counts as paid. Duplicates are rejected and partial payments are flagged, order by order.

Paid off-platform? Record it cleanly

A customer who paid by direct transfer is one mark-as-paid away from a truthful order, with guards that block double counting against rider-collected cash. The books stay right either way.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from cash on delivery?

They are two different payment types on the order. Cash on delivery is collected by your rider at the door and verified with OTP and photo proof. An online payment order carries a payment link the customer pays before or without the cash step. One order uses one or the other, and your dashboard shows both side by side.

Which payment methods can my customers use?

Mobile money, card, bank transfer and USSD, depending on your market. The link automatically offers what works in your country, from M-Pesa in Kenya to MoMo in Ghana and cards everywhere.

Where does the money go?

Directly into your own payout account with the payment provider. You connect your bank or settlement account once, and every payment link settles there.

How do I know a payment really happened?

Settlement is confirmed server to server by signed provider webhooks and verified against the order amount. The order flips to paid only when the money is confirmed, never on a screenshot.

Is there an extra fee for payment links?

No plan surcharge. Payment links are included on every plan; the payment provider’s standard processing fee applies to transactions.
